First of all I wish to apologise for my last post witch I posted few days ago. I’d seen the post on Twitter and I copied it on here I didn’t actually write it, witch wasn’t the way I wanted it to come across. My reason for it was that I’d never herd of 1000iu and 3000iu I’ve only ever seen victim tablets dispensed in mg. The post was about someone had taken vitamin D and it had mega reduced there T or got rid in full. I did not mean it to come across as if it was me, like I’ve said before my Tinnitus is 24/7 mega loud scream in my head or both ears it’s that loud I only know that I go through hell every day. Like most of you lot sometimes I don’t know weather I’m coming or going. Again if I’ve mislead you in any way I’m sorry.

I've been following up on the Vitimian D method:

Vitamin D3 is an anti inflammatory if taken 3000-4000MG per day. More that that can be toxic.

Tinnitus is caused by hearing loss. Sometimes hearing loss is caused by inflammation in the spinal cord or TMJ rather than inner ear complications. These nerves pass by the nerves that involve hearing and inflame them, disrupting their ability to transmit the sense of hearing. By reducing inflammation, the cause of hearing loss is reduced, increasing the chances of recovery.

I'm having my D3 checked next week and will begin taking it. I'll report back🌞
