Pulsating head every morning

Every morning I wake with a pulsating head which constantly makes my T worse.

T gets louder when I move or turn over in bed too, driving me mad.

This sensation could be related to blood flow - have you spoken to your GP about it? Although tinnitus can sometimes beat in time with your heartbeat, it doesn't normally make your whole head pulse.
