Please i need a quick answer, i went to pool my getting out pool i noticed water was inside my ear,i try my possible best to remove the water but it wasnt coming out,i started using cotton bud ,later the water came out, but since then my ear is making some strange noise even as am posting ,i have used pills and ear drop isnt reducing,this leads to tinnitus, i need a reply. Am from nigeria.

Hello and welcome to the British Tinnitus Association forum.

Hopefully your ear is feeling better as the water has had chance to work its way out. Please don't put any object in your ear, as that is more likely to cause damage.

If your ear isn't better in a few days, please see your doctor, in case there is an infection.
