Pressure on your head

I like to know how people with tinnitus deal with the pressure on their head.

I often have pressure in my head when my T is really bad, sometimes I feel my T actually undulating from side to side of my head. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and this is when I seem to lose my concentration most, unfortunately the only thing I have been able to do is wait till it subsides a little.
