Awful tone in right ear

I have a awful tone noise in right ear and constant hissing coming from left ear.i was wondering does anybody else have the same,I think the tone in right ear could have something to do with the hyperacusis sound I get off electronic items like computer fans and air conditioning units.its completely driving me mad today,usually I don't hear much from my tinnitus during the day,but the last two days have been awful,I also get hayfever at this time of year and I think this could be contributing.

Absolutely, if your ears are blocked the T won’t be masked so much by external sound. Try not to give it any attention. If you are very worried about it see a GP.

Yes that's what I was thinking hayfever would be causing a blocked feeling in the ears because my nose is running steady the last few days.its the hyperacusis that's main problem, seems to be getting worse.had mri scan last Sunday so maybe it was the cause
