My current symptoms r high pitch tinitus and a feeling of fullness in my right ear that comes and goes (usually just feels full in the morning after I wake up) I have some hearing loss but no vertigo what’s so ever. Could I have this disease or is it not likely.
Mènières is supposed to be quite rare and usually it's the spinning / vertigo as well as the tinnitus as you are lucky enough not to have this sounds like you're just unlucky enough to get tinnitus
I have a friend with Meniere's and besides the hearing issues he falls over regularly.
Does he get vertigo or is it simple dizziness ?
Vertigo.
If you're concerned that you're suffering from symptoms of Meniere's, then you'd be far better being assessed by your GP than going on guesswork. Speak to your doctor.

However, this is really a question for your doctor. Meniere's disease is quite uncommon, but it is wise to rule it out.
