Had op ,no change in teeth opening still have everything wrong that i had before the op, but was told may not work guess it hasn't... Pain relief just wearing off and Mr T is raging like nothing on this earth ... To be expected after op i guess lol got to wait 8 weeks then go back to clinic..

In agony got the lump the size of a grape in front my ear plus perforated ear drum xxx

Oh no Gail 😞 It sounds to me that you should be in hospital? Hope you are being looked after ...... what is the treatment for perforated eardrum? Love Angela xx

Went back yesterday gave me antibiotics will heal by self but can take months its causing me to be dizzy and off balance the pain is awful, im allowed to wash my hair and get shower today but have to plug my ear so water doesn't get in xx but surgeon did say was a chance of perforation with op xxx

So do i never been as loud as this can hardly hold head up doesn't help i had to return to ward today with blood gushing out of ear seems he has perforated ear drum xxx

Thanks Seashore 22, am sure once everything settles down it will be better, got appointment for 6 weeks time to go see surgeon so fingers crossed every thing has settled down. Hope your having a good day x

Hi Angela, Hate to say but no change teeth only still opening 5cm gp said this is as good as it gets, got appointment 14th September to go back to ent to see whats going on since had op i have a lump sprung up side tonsils doing my head in, so do doubt they will want to probe about ugh, no good looking in mouth as cant open it lol so looks like camera up nose ugh lol xxx Instead of my jaw clicking all the time its bloody clunking if you no what i mean lol , told gp thats it the next treatment it Botox the temporalis, masseter, medial pterygoid, and lateral pterygoid muscle they can go do 1 lol dont want all that injecting into muscles T no better in fact worse probably due to all the debris they took out bet they moved things thats not suppose to move lol xxx just plodding on with life not much more i can do xx How are you doing good i hope xx

Oh dear Gail, so sorry to hear that. I have no understanding of TMJ so can't offer any suggestions. My oh my, docs/scientists who cure T should get the Nobel prize! I am having other worrying health problems too (linked to the op which caused my T) and there is no way I could undergo another op! Having to keep it from my children too as don't want to spoil my daughter's week here. What a waste of time it was all those years of healthy exercise and eating habits! Hope you improve very soon. Hi Angela, Sorry to hear you having other health problems, Its not good keeping anything from yr kids, can understand what you mean about not spoiling her week but what about you, if you need a chat just message. Think this is as good as it gets with me lol oh well i tried and didn't work but they can keep there Botox lol xx Keep chin up on the other end of a screen if i can help xx
