Better than sugar. Monk fruit extract is also natural, I also use stevia extract (little goes long way). Anti inflammatory is what you look for, also lower testosterone (in my case) I use flax seed oil capsules and maybe licorice root.

There's no evidence that honey vs sugar is going to prevent prostate cancer or improve your chances of living longer once you have prostate cancer. In general though - there is evidence that a healthy lifestyle will aid in you living longer if you contract PC. Bad things to avoid - being overweight, smoking, eating a lot of processed meat. Good things - exercise, eating a general healthy diet, eating tomato-based foods. youtube.com/watch?v=-UBHmXV...

Upon my PCa diagnosis back in 2017, I nearly immediately began a vegan after about 3-4 weeks of research. It's been nearly 7 years since my diagnosis. I have not had any treatment yet. I have a new round of tests coming up (MRI / biopsy) as it's been about 1.5 years since my last MRI and about 2 years since my last biopsy. I have no way to know for sure if my diet (and exercise) is helping or not, but I have not wavered at all in my commitment to diet/exercise. We'll see what happens on this next round of tests.

My son had testicular cancer (diagnosed a couple of weeks after his wedding, which was a bit daunting ). Testicle was removed and the biopsy said the cancer was an aggressive variety and oncologist recommended a course a chemo and various other follow up treatments, but my son refused and followed a course recommended by his uncle. This was drinking a couple of litres of carrot juice mixed with turmeric over the course of a day for several months. A lot of work, one carrot doesn't produce a lot of juice, and my son turned a shade of orange, but it seemed to work as his next 6 monthly test for cancer was negative, and it has never reappeared.

Anyone heard of anything similar for prostate cancer? I ask as my testosterone and PSA are on the rise again after EBRT and Zoladex in 2020. Not high yet, but a worrying trend.

I have tried the carrot juicing in the summer and fall of 2020. I felt great and my skin turned a little orange as well. But regrettably my psa kept on climbing anyway.
