The University of Glasgow is running a small research project to validate a new questionnaire. The questionnaire will help support people when they take multiple medicines.

The project involves a short interview and a quick online survey. We will ask you to look at the new questionnaire and give us feedback.

We will use your feedback to revise the questionnaire, so that it is clear and reads well.

Please consider taking part if: you are an adult (18+); you live in Scotland or Ireland (NIR or ROI); and you take regularly 2 or more medications, or if you live with 2 or more health conditions.

For more information and to express interest, please contact Dr Greg Kotronoulas via email or phone:

grigorios.kotronoulas@glasgow.ac.uk or Tel: 0141 330 6883

This project has received ethical approval by the College of Medical, Veterinary & Life Sciences Ethics Committee, University of Glasgow
