Pain from pacemaker incision

I had my pacemaker in 2020, a week later they had to reopen the incision as I needed both leads replaced , then March 2nd this year I had a third procedure to reposition my pm . The last week or so I’ve had times where the stinging where the incision is has got so much stronger yo the point I wince with the pain . It only lasts a few seconds but it stops me in my tracks . I had my follow up appt at the devices clinic on Wednesday ,they said the scar looks fine but is starting to keloid. I said how much worse thr stinging is getting and I have to see how it feels and if it’s as bad in a few weeks to call them and they’ll see me again to recheck the scar . My question is has anyone used anything on their scar to reduce any pain from it, any pain relief cream/lotions or dressing ? I’ve seen some sort of wound covering that is meant to help with pain on a pharmacy website which I’m going to ask about but just wondered if anyone had used anything that’s helped with a painful scar .
