I have had chest pain near right breast after lifting a ten pound hand weight above my head. Never did that type of exercise, but did it. The pain is in the center near eight breast. It is tender to touch. When I twist my torso or stretch arms out, it causes the pain. It also feels like a pulled or strained muscle, but not sure if it could last this long?
Chest ct was normal, ekg was normal.
On and off pains in ribs, back and chest for 3 months - scared my lungs will collapse - please help
