In January 2024 i started my infertility treatment, later they diagnosed that i have ovarian cyst so doctors decided to have laproscopy surgery in which they discovered that i have kissing ovaries. But after a month i fell pregnant naturally but after 2 months i had a miscarriage. Now i am finding a way to get rid of this endometriosis completely cam anyone suggest me the best treatment.
