Has anyone here had experience of getting physio to help manage their endo symptoms? Did it help/hinder? Any tips of finding the right physio? I'm at that "early stage if diagnosis so looking at ALL THE THINGS to try to make it better!" stage 🧐

Physio for endo
Hi, I’ve had physio for endo and it helped. It was external and internal. I learned a lot about my pelvic floor and also relaxing my diaphragm to help with relieving pain. It really helped me see how much pain I was actually carrying. I feel like my tiredness takes over and the pain can be secondary for me. She taught me how to massage myself internally and externally too. I can’t say it cured anything as I had surgery on Tuesday and am recovering now. However, I’m being sent back to the physio in two weeks for external work around my belly and back. I do think that now I’ve - please god - been tidied up for all the endo and damage I’ve been carrying that I have a chance of seeing some real results from the physio.
Find someone good who comes recommended. It’s very intimate.
Good luck 🤞🏻
