We're on holiday in Scotland. This is Loch Earn. It's been interesting trying to run around here. I love in Suffolk. Hardly any hills to speak of. Here they are everywhere! Still I'm sure it's done me the world of good. Next stop Glencoe

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I'm hoping the hills will do the later 😄

Stunning just stunning, just enjoy what you do. I'm moving to Norfolk very soon and it is flat round that way 😁

It is. We used to live in South Norfolk and loved it. Norwich is a great city. You may well find the odd hill here and there 😄

I will, I spent quite a lot of my childhood there as grandparents lived in Hemsby so I know the area

That’s some seriously gorgeous scenery! 😍 Enjoy!!!

I really like a run with hills-they keep it interesting. They absolutely make you a stronger runner as a bonus! Take it steady and it’s always ok to walk if you want to-loads of trail runners walk up steep hills because it’s more energy efficient. Just have fun!

We've moved onto Glen Nevis. A nice flat run this morning before it got to warm. It's been a beautiful day. No rain for a change. Lock Ness tomorrow
