Head to the HU custom medal page on the Sprinters website: sprinterssportswear.co.uk/p...

You need to click on the depth, click on the diameter and then select your distance option from the drop down menu then click add to basket.

The price is £7.70 (incl VAT and UK postage). Click proceed to checkout. Complete your name and address details and then select your payment method (either Paypal or via a BACS direct bank transfer), then click PLACE ORDER.

Your order is direct with Sprinters, your admin team aren't involved. It's a small husband and wife business and they are extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

If I don't oversleep tomorrow I'll do it in the early morning here in Manchester. It's going to be far to warm to do it in the afternoon (21°C but low humidity).

Failing that, which seems very likely, I'll have to be Monday in coastal Wales (16°C but high humidity).

Either way, I'm going to need to take fluids with me.

I'm afraid I can't take part in this as I did my 10k yesterday at Stoke Mandeville sports centre, it was an event run by Limbpower, a charity for people with limb difference, see my run.connect.garmin.com/modern/a...

After I recovered I also ran another 2k with a young lady who wanted to run but felt awkward doing it on her own, that was then followed by 5 laps on a bike.

Don't think I will have another 10k in me this week.
