I’m new to Active 10 and really enjoying it.

I’m 64 years old and have mental health issues (bipolar). I’m quite fit as I love kayaking and some cycling but get left behind when I’m walking with my family. The Active 10 app has given me the motivation to walk a lot more and I’ve now found this wonderful community; what I’ve read so far about people’s achievements is awesome and inspiring!

So glad you have found us! Kayaking! Love it! I used to kayak and had my own kayak, but that was when I was a lot younger!

I seem to be doing quite well, I’m now hitting a new target of 4 Active 10s a day and feel the compulsion to get out and do it.

Welcome 😁 Walking is about all I can manage just now, but anything is better than nothing so I trudge on and am grateful for that 🚶🚶🚶

Welcome. Walking is just as good as any exercise. Nice to get out in the fresh air, meeting people. That’s all I can do now. Keep post.
