Small increase and I turn into a cleaning demon! All the jobs that get put off like window cleaning get tackled which leads to other things getting it too πͺπͺ£π§Ή π
I think T3 should be available in the cleaning ... - Thyroid UK
I think T3 should be available in the cleaning products aisle!

Hmm. Now Lidl do have W5 in their cleaning products aisle...
Nah .. that stuff is no use hel.... this is what you need : groceries.asda.com/product/...
removes absolutely 'anything' from 'anything' (including removing the colour from you clothes in about 5 seconds if you splash it on them)
...... sending you my address so you can come round here tigger... now i'm getting paid for cleaning somewhere else, my own house is getting 'zilch'.
I'm always like that. Get a day where all the hormones line up and I'm tackling all the cleaning and tidying and gardening I can fit in. Then next day it will be back to ignoring it all for 6 months or so and feeling miserable about it. It's so unfair and unkind, this bloody illness.
May I have a robot kind cleaner instead?
Heck yes, I've one of those little vacuum ones and they are great... set it going and leave the house π
I'm definitely with you on this one. 2 lots of washing and whole house hovered before 10am last week on the morning I increased my T3 π€©
Funny isn't it I actually added it last week and thought I'll split my dose to see how it goes... rubbish! Back to one dose and hey presto the magic happens πͺ
T3 is instant acting for me, always has been. I desperately needed my increase last week. Woke up yet again feeling dreadful, aching and walking like a 90 year old to en suite. Took my increased dose, fell back to sleep for a little and when I woke up I felt amazing, hence all the house work. I feel great physically and mentally for a few days after an increase. Always said T3 works like a stimulant for me
This is true for me too but only if I take it in the morning later in the day has much less effect, I assume it is down to the better cortisol levels in the morning getting it to where it needs to be
Never tell the Endo for fear she will take it away from me if I can't take it correctly!π³ Timing is certainly as important as dose
Never tell the Endo for fear she will take it away from me if I can't take it correctly!
There is no correct way to take it, only endos throwing their weight around and making up the rules as they go along. The only way to take it is the way that suits you best.
I know the feeling, it happens to me β¦ about three times a year!! π
Will be trialling T3 with a Hashis specialist soon, looking forward to a cleaner house!!ππ»π€©
Can you nip round please? Yesterday the 13 week black lab puppy and I had had a fight with a cardboard box, ripping it to shreds all over the sitting room. Great fun. I got Henry out, but decided puppy needed a wee. Henry sat there doing nothing.... I was in the yard with the pup when a van met a tractor which killed the front end of the van. The passengers in the van, including a child, were ushered into my house for first aid, sitting in the sitting room full of ripped cardboard, and Henry still sitting doing nothing...
Then all the emergency service people in and out, while I tried quietly to remove some of the cardboard....
