Blood results help

Currently undiagnosed but feeling awful, sore muscles, fatigue, hoarse voice, dry hair and skin, eyebrow loss on the outer third, constipation etc.

My TSH was tested in September for some GI issues which turned out to be lactose related and it was 2.9 (ref 0.5-5.5)

These are my results from last week tested early am and fasted.

GP wants to repeat the bloods on Tuesday.

If they come up the same should I be pushing for treatment? Could these results really be responsible for me feeling so rubbish?

I should say I'm on biologics for psoriatic arthritis and so the antibodies may not be reliable.

My vitamin D was low also but after supplementation over the last 3 months it is now at a good level according to my rheumatology nurse.

So TG antibodies are high confirms autoimmune thyroid disease and will cause symptoms

NHS however doesn’t accept this diagnosis unless TPO antibodies are also positive

What’s the actual result and how much vitamin D are you taking

You also need folate, ferritin and B12 tested

Request GP do these

Having one autoimmune disease makes others more likely

Vit D was 50 now 110.

Yes I've read that in terms of autoimmune conditions they can cluster together.

I'm fairly certain the GP has ordered those also so will look closely at those results too.

Any thoughts on the TSH Vs the T3? Are they enough to produce clinical signs?
