Beetroot juice/ pomegranate juice

next week is my frozen transfer day (2nd time) I pray stay positive this time 🙏🏻

Does it have to be pure pomegranate juice/beetroot juice? And do you drink that everyday big glass or ?

what about raspberry tea? How many time?

should I start drinking that now before embryos transfer also yes after embryo transfer will drink that everyday?

I drank fresh pomegranate every day and also ate a whole pineapple cut into sloces for about 5 days. Good luck!

Starting the day of the transfer, bought fresh pom juice from the fridge section on the supermarket- had at least a glass a day. Also bought a whole pineapple and cut it into slices and ate them everyday for about 5 days. Also ate two eggs per day and drank some milk to get some protein in xx

Is it compulsory to have juice or just eat pomegranate and beetroot every day is fine ?? I am also going for transfer in two weeks time plz 🙏. At the moment I am eating everyday pomegranate and beetroot and pineapple every day

Unfortunately I don't really know about that, I can't see why not though. I just drank the juice as that's what people suggested x

I drank a small glass of beetroot juice every day from the morning of transfer. I got a BFP and am continuing with a small glass a day. I got the Cawston press beetroot juice. I found the cheapest was to order a 6 pack from Amazon. Good luck. Xx

I saw this study about beetroot, watermelon and ginger juice and so I tried making a fresh juice of this in batches for 3 days at a time. My first transfer I did it only after embryo transfer for the 2 weeks and was a BFN. My second transfer I started about a month before transfer and continued during TWW. Got a BFP this time although still very early days. I am continuing with beetroot juice every day although I am quite often now just buying it and having a glass from a carton as making it fresh is quite a hassle tbh. No idea if it has helped or not but if gave me something healthy to focus on. Good luck!

I had one regular glass of 100 % pomegranate juice that I got from the supermarket from the day I started progynova until about 8w. Don't drink raspberry leaf tea after the transfer, it is not safe as it may cause contractions. Very best of luck!

You are very welcome! Yes, I started the pomegranate juice at the same time as my clinic started me on the estrogen tablets for the lining. x

I drank a small glass of pomegranate juice everyday from the start of my period that cycle, and then ate a slice of pineapple including the core for 5/6 days after the transfer. Good luck. X

Thank you hun will get pomegranate juice weekends by tomorrow and start drinking that as my transfer next week which is Thursday.

Also did you eat just core bit or you eat whole bit pineapple and core aswel x

I ate the fruit as well as the core. They say the core has the good stuff, but I love pineapple anyway.x
