Hi everyone after a few more than 9 weeks I have finally graduated yippee! Can someone tell me if I can get a graduate badge that everyone talks about please? Also when you've graduated do you still do a 5 minute walk before your run? Thank you!

Congratulations! I can't help with your queries as I'm only just finishing week 4. I had to take a couple of weeks rest in week 2 as I had knee pain. How long has the whole program taken you?
Well done, you should be very proud. Such an achievement
Hi! I am just about to graduate, but I think I can tell you that you should always warm up before exercising. The warmup isn't just for beginners. The cool-down, too. (Or "warm-down," as Laura says. Is that British usage?)
Congratulations!
If you send a message to JR21 (admin) then he will give you your well deserved badge
Yes, I would say that a warm up is still really important and also stretching after the run.
Congratulations!

Congratulations!!
And yes, I still do my 5 minute warm up walks. I use the time to get my breathing into a rhythm before I start 'running'
