I did C25K a few years ago and graduated. I was very pleased with myself at the time. But I haven’t run for about 2 years until today.
I put on my gear and ran W1R1. I must say that I really enjoyed it. Don’t get me wrong, my legs ached a little by the end of it, but I expected it.
This time round my breathing was good and I had my snail 🐌 like steady pace. So I’m sure it’ll get better as the time goes on.
Onwards and upwards xx

Welcome back Tazzy_wazzy! A fair number of us have redone C25K this year for reasons various, including me. One thing that I enjoyed about it was that, having done it before, I knew what was coming up and, of course, I knew I could do it ! No pressure! Enjoy!

I’ll do my best to enjoy my new running journey. The best bit was I found a tenner on the floor outside my home. So today was a win, win 😂
