So been continuing to run ( jog ) 5 k approx 2 times a week...try for 3 but at times life gets in the way..
Last 2 runs have been a struggle , hips are painful not sure if its the cold damp mornings ... any tips would be appreciated..
On a positive note got myself some new jazzy reflective leggings for the dark mornings...

Sorry you hear about the painful hips. I can't offer any advice but just wanted to say those leggings are amazing .I didn't realize you could get leggings with all over reflective patterns! Just perfect for afterwork running this time of year.
