Well done for starting. I was definitely not a runner when I started last year, in fact I hadn’t run for 35 years since school days. Honestly thought I would never complete C25K, but I did and almost a year later I am still running and have now built up to 10km distance. Don’t get me wrong those week 1 sixty second runs where a killer and I never thought I would complete the course, but if you stick with it, it really does work. Good luck with your running.

Well done, you have done the hardest part already and that’s getting out there and starting. If you ever feel like stopping, just remember why you got out there in the first place. Good luck.
