Well hello wk8 and good god that extra 3 minutes was hard. Really tight right calf but kept telling myself it’s only here minutes more. But I did it! It is just a mind over matter and push through the initial pain and off we go! Can’t believe only 5 runs left! Keep going people the feeling is amazing knowing you’ve completed 28 mins of running!

Plan you route well and your going downhill at the end, lol! Mine takes me on a loooong gentle uphill incline for around ten minutes, before a steep incline for around 15 second and then levelling out and going downhill. At the end if I've played it right, I have a little steam left in the boiler and manage to make it. It's a lovely run though!

Great stuff and your last step up is only 2 minutes... you’re coming off the final bend ready to kick in to the finish. Go smash it.
