Well, following on from the advice on here to 'push on' & not keep repeating wk 7..I have week 8 run 1 a go this morning and comfortably completed it. I say comfortably, I will still breathless at the end but I consciously tried to keep my speed down all the way & I didn't feel like I was blowing as much until I was five minutes from the end. Quite pleased Celebrating with a Krispy Kreme Halloween Doughnut...oops.
