I turned the pace down on the treadmill as I went into wk 4 & wonder whether I need to do the same again for wk 5. It was good advice to me to focus on keeping going & then inching the speed up.

Hi folks. Just been reading all the advice to Amberduck for wk 5. What sort of speeds are people running for their 20 mins?

Purely theoretical -- but how would this go as a "strategy" for week 5? Day 1 - the same pace as you finally achieved in Week 4 (where you inched the pace up) . Day 2 - a little slower pace -- and day 3 a little slower again?? (Longer distances on days 2 and 3)
