I didn't post daily as I said I would, but I've been busy with stuff and was out of town for Mother's Day. I had to skip the gym training on Friday due to traveling, but on Saturday I went to the gym with a friend. I've been trying to keep my eating on check but it was difficult at my mother's home, since she kept asking me if I wanted ice cream and such, but I was able to refuse.
I weighed myself today. My starting weight was 142,5 last week and today it was 140,6kg! I have lost 1,9kg in the first week! Feeling very hyped and proud of myself to be able to do so. Now on I will do only weekly posts here, unless I feel like something worth mentioning has happened.

That's brilliant, keep it going. I recently was referred to MoreLife by my GP, it's a weight loss program.I lost 6lbs the first week then 2lbs the second week and last week I lost 1lb.I go again tomorrow so fingers crossed I lose again.
Hey! That's great to hear you've been able to lose weight! At first the weight might go down fast and then gratually slow down or maybe stop for a week or two, but don't get disheartened and keep going, it will go down again! Hope all the best for you!
