Leg pain?
I am not quite sure I understand the question!
I have lots of muscle issues. I find my muscles are easily pulled, even with very little effort. When I was first diagnosed I had ‘frozen’ shoulders which started hot and inflamed and took months and months to ‘fix’.
Recently a similar experience at the top of my leg. Hopefully this has been more deftly dealt with through my previous experience.
Cold/ice packs and externally applied painkillers.

Inflammation of ligaments is very common - rather than a joint problem... try massaging castor oil into the painful bits - reduces inflammation...
I have continuous side of knee damage pain after smashing it accidentally against something solid when I moved a chair a few years ago. Nothing showed up on X-ray at the time but ever since it happened I have had pain.
I read a post here the other day about castor oil so I ordered some for my strained (crocheting raffia hats) arm pain, but now I will try it on my knee too as Marz suggested to you.
