Since your Reverse T3 ( excess T4 ) is over the range I can't see the point of introducing more T4 and suggest you inch up your NDT in 1/4 grain increments weekly / fortnightly :
When optimally medicated yourTSH will likely by very low/ suppressed in the range with a T4 likely lower than when on T4 monotherapt but with a T3 proportionately higher.
No thyroid hormone replacemen works well until your core strength vitamins and minerals - those of ferritin, folate, B12 and viamin D are up and maintained at optimal.
Are you monitoring your physical sympoms of pulse, blood pressure and body temperature AM and PM - I found tracking these physical symptoms gave me a better understanding of how my body was responding when finding my optimal dose on NDT.
There are no real blood tests for NDT as for over 100 years long before the science of blood tests people just dosed with NDT to the relief of symptoms - the the ranges and guidelines were introduced when Big Pharma launched it's sytheticT3 and T4 treatment options on the back of NDT and then went about competing for market share by fair means or foul.
