I have been prescribed Indapamide for high blood pressure. I also have Ramipril which I take in the evening. The Indapamide pack says to take in the morning. Can I take it with my thyroxine? I couldn’t see any contraindications for it but is it going to impede the thyroxine? ShouldI take it at night with the Ramipril (and other supplements such as Bcomplex and vitamin D/K? (Lunchtime isn’t a massively practical option and I’d prefer to avoid taking it then if I can as work can be chaotic and I’m more likely to miss my dose) . Thanks

Can I take it with my thyroxine?
No, thyroxine has to be taken on it's own, one hour before or two hours after food, and two hours away from any other medication or supplements (although some do need four hours). This is so that nothing affects the absorption of the thyroxine.
You could ask your pharmacist for his advice, and here is an article that might be helpful:

Thank you. I will ask again but was originally told to take it in the morning and that it was fine to take with thyroxine and I was sure that wasn’t correct.
