As you know I have recently upped my supplements to include vitamin d, b complex, k2, magnesium and selenium. I already take cod liver oil on top of my prescribed fluoxetine, Levo, cerazette (birth control) and loratadine(antihistamine). Can I take everything bar the Levo at the same time?
also wondering if anyone has done Izabella Wentz Hashimotos protocol? Looking to start the liver protocol and there are more supplements to add in coming weeks
. I’m not feeling necessarily stressed but just a bit lost with it all.

If you take everything at the same time it may be difficult for them all to be absorbed and some might interact. Also, depending on which D3 and K2 you take as they are both fat soluble then they will compete for any fat so that they can be absorbed so best taken at different times of the day. Cod liver oil contains Vit A (fat soluble) and Vit D so again shouldn't be taken at the same time as D3 or K2.
B Complex is best taken no later than lunchtime as B vitamins can be stimulating and if taken later in the day can affect sleep.
Magnesium is calming and is best taken late afternoon/evening/bedtime rather than make you too relaxed/sleepy in the daytime.
This article goes into what vitamins can and can't be taken together:
What I’ve learned from experience is to make changes one at once and to monitor affects over time. When I’ve made multiple changes (eg giving up dairy and gluten at the same time) I’ve got myself in an awful muddle working out what change was actually beneficial.
