Good morning all

Just looking for some advice please.

I have recently discovered a a range of fodmap friendly sauces which are delicious and I have had no flare ups, until last night.

I tried a tika masala sauce, gluten, dairy and fodmap free, but within hours I had dreadful cramps, bloating, feeling sick and the runs. I am thinking it could be the chilli flakes in it. Has anyone else had an issue with chilli flakes. I am so careful and follow the fodmap diet to the letter, but feel dreadful this morning and I'm convinced it's the chilli in the sauce. Well I won't be eating that again and ive got another 3 jars . Thanks xx

Have you looked up the ingredients? There would be something there to provide creaminess; coconut cream? Greek style yoghurt? As well as chilli of course. Fodmap app says up to 2 grams of chilli is ok but Yes I would be a bit wary and also it seems to matter if you eat something that might be risky along with something else that is also risky.
