Radiation side effects...how long?

My last radiation treatment for TNBC was on April 19. Today, September 14, I am still having itching on my chest. This is the second time it's looked like an allergic reaction welts. I found benadryl helps and the cream they gave me better than a hydrocortisone cream. So how long does this go on?

On a good note, I had a clear annual mammogram ...woohoo! and my hair is growing...actually had my beautician trim it yesterday...it was looking like a very bad mullet 🙄. The crown of my head is thinner, so I'm trying massaging my scalp with Pepperment essential oil in Johoba oil every night. Has been only 3 weeks, but I'll report back if it works. I read reports that peppermint essential oil grew hair on mice. But it needs to be mixed with some kind of oil. In the least my hair is in great condition, and I go to bed with minty fresh hair. 😊

My fatigue has mostly gone, but do tire easier than before.

Blessings from South Carolina!
