I used to go swimming 3 or 4 times a week. In the city where I live, lady attendants often walked through the male changing rooms; in some pools the changing rooms and showers were clearly visible from the attendants' lodge.
Probably not according to the rules, lady swimmers and others often went into the men's room, just passing through or for a longer stay. The ladies I met were mostly mature. I guess they were just trying to spice up their lives a little.
Some ladies crave male companionship. I have had much correspondence on social media with ladies who are separated from their partners: 'I haven't seen a penis for 10 years' as one of them put it. In the anonymity of the Internet they have felt that they can write freely to compare experiences. Going to the swimming pool has been somewhere to see naked men with a good chance they will be able to do more than just look.
An example: the men's room in one of the pools had mirrors covering most of one wall. They were set at various angles so that it was possible to see my body from several viewpoints at the same time - rather narcissistic, but arousing. There was no-one else in the room: I was enjoying my erection. Two plus-size ladies in their 60s wearing one-piece swimming costumes came in. They stopped beside me. I let them play with me. Soon we all went into a family changing cubicle: off came their costumes ......
This arrangement worked well. I always felt safe from false accusation (why were they in the men's room?). It gave opportunity and choice to both men and women to have anonymous, one-off experience or if both wish, something longer lasting.
Since then, I have started to get more messages on social media from younger women ostensibly wanting to show me their bodies, having chosen me purely because my male name. Phishing on some kind of money-making scam?
I enjoy having women in the men's room, but how do others feel? Are women allowed in men's rooms where you live?
