Weaning off Neupro 1mg - Tips?

I’m contemplating weaning off Neupro 1mg in the next 6 months. Does anyone have guidance on how to cut up the patch for a safe taper and a schedule to follow?

I take Gabapentin as a PRN for anxiety and am hoping that med would be enough for my RLS. Anyone have experience making this transition?
