I just saw this, Tim. I have a pal who adores Tim Tams, which are not easy to find here, so I may have to attempt a recreation. What is this? Ice cream sandwiches inside Tim Tams with chocolate and caramel drizzle is what it looks like to me. I’d love the recipe. Thanks!

No... any ice cream sandwich bar will do. I like the cookies and cream myself. The chocolate drizzle is Smucker's Magic Shell, it hardens over ice cream, or anything frozen for that matter.
