shampoo alternatives

Not showering hubby every day, anyone have any experience with dry shampoo products that don't leave hair sticky or dull looking. His hair is thin now and gets oily very quickly. I finally convinced him to wear a visor instead of hat everyday for light sensitivity , it helps a little with oily hair, but hair still needs daily cleaning.

Hello I use the product as a picture below. It’s not sticky you put enough on to make the hair thoroughly wet and lots of foam and dry off with a towel and Hairdryer if needed. It’s available on Amazon and they also do a body wash. Mike

Bottles of both her and body wash to use on someone who can’t shower anymore

Just tried to order it on Amazon in US. Not available-there are others so I will read reviews and give one of them a try. Thanks again!

Occasionally as a teenager (in the very distant past!), when my hair felt particularly greasy, I would put a little bit of talcum powder in my hair to take the excess off and was a tip from my grandmother! Might that help until you're able to source a better product?

My mum uses batiste dry shampoo but doesn't need to everyday so don't know how sticky that feels.
