Well today I am being treated to a spa day in Chester it is a gift from my best friend's son and daughter in law for both of us. How sweet people are. It is hard not being able to see DC until later today but I know I need a break even if for a few hours.

Enjoy your day! Think how much sweeter it will be when you do see DC. Heart grows fonder etc., etc.,.

We all need breaks from each other, you certainly do, caring for your loved one. Nobody can do this job 24/7, the more breaks and periods of rest you get, the better the Carer you will become. You will the first to say DC needs the best care available, make sure he is getting it from you as well.
