So I had sex 2 days before my period but at day 12 from my period. I experiencing cramps and have a brown discharge like this

so this spotting appeared 14 days after sex, and 12 days after period started?

I would say this is unlikely to be implantation spotting. It’s not uncommon to experience “break through” spotting around time you ovulate.

I would speak with your GP incase they have any other thoughts on potential causes.
