i have been experiencing this ever since I began my Urso journey three months ago. I am wondering if it takes longer than this to adjust? I have no other real issues with it. I have taken moderate amounts of Tylenol, but it really is not doing much, if anything.
I am contemplating CBD…sublingual…..
Anybody have any suggestions or ideas on this?

You are absolutely right about different manufacturers. Some use 'fillers' in their production of Urso that don't agree with some patients. Perhaps talk with her pharmacist. They are very knowledgeable about different ingredients that might be causing the problem
Write down everything you eat and drink for a week: the time, what you ate, and how much at least roughly. Don’t make any changes or shame yourself. The idea is to get a solid picture of your current intake.
DM it to me and we can set up a free call. I’m a certified nutritional health coach and in my own PBC journey have eliminated these symptoms and more, including knocking my Fibroscan score down from 8.2 (Stage 2) to 3.9 (Stage 0). If I can help set you on the right path, I’m happy to help.
Also, if you are on a statin drug for high blood pressure, tell your doctor about the muscle pain immediately. Lots of PBC patients have high cholesterol without adverse cardio effects and statins can break down muscle tissue as a side effect.
I couldn’t tolerate urso after trying different brands .. I stopped taking it, and see my consultant every year .. my bloods have come down naturally and although not yet perfect , my quality of life is …
I hope you find a situation that suits you and your doctor together ..xx
Yes- I get joint pain and body aches. Sometimes pain goes down leg. Check with your doctor - I think it’s easier for your liver to take the ibuprofen rather than Tylenol. I’ve been on Urso for years - every few months the aches and pains start for a day or 2.
