Following on from Eileen`s post a few days ago, my dentist thinks the erosion of enamel on 3 teeth ( the latest problem) is due to grinding. Of course having a dry mouth hasn`t helped but after remedial work I am to have a mouth guard fitted. I have 3 implants but still have a lot of teeth which I am told is very good for my condition.
I am unaware I grind my teeth which I am told is stress related which has surprised me because I think I am doing ok. But last August my husband went into hospital with a stroke and didn`t come out so any one who has had someone in hospital during covid will know of the stress trying to keep in touch. So this new problem may have started then and not been helped by having PBC.

I am sorry to read of your loss, losing someone is hard but covid added stresses that we cannot imagine.
It sounds like you have a good dentist, I had to have a tooth out last year by a dentist I did not know, since then my tongue continually rolls around in my mouth which makes it quite sore, when I realise I have to concentrate on making it behave, I guess this is also a stress thing. I see my own long standing dentist in about 2 weeks when I hope to be fitted with either an implant or bridge. Like you I am lucky to have a good amount of my own teeth.
I hope your remedial work makes you feel more comfortable.
