Numbness in heels of feet

Hi all,

I’ve noticed that lately in the morning after a nights sleep the heels of my feet feel numb, as if the bloods been restricted to them, my toes seem fine it’s just the heels. Once up and moving they are ok. Also my right hand gets really cold and my nose. Anyone had anything similar and can suggest what might be causing this.
