Anyone had aches in lower leg only when sleeping on the side - on the side you’re sleeping on ( and ie which the other leg is lying on?) The pain/ache went when I turned and lay on the other side, and then I got ache/pain on that leg which went when I switched again. No pain when lying on back. Only happened the last two or three nights. I do have degenerative stuff on lumbar spine which can cause back issues so am thinking this may be the cause? Or my moderate prolapse? Or other nerve impingement? About a year ago I did have some pudendal nerve issues but nothing since. I’d course it could be the menopause!!!! Add this symptom to the list! I’ve had full blood count recently after a diverticulitis flare up and all was fine except raised sugar as had been eating a lot of high sugar jelly and ribena on a fluid only diet.

Hi I would suggest you tell your dr maybe mri i just had 3 level. Lumbar spine for sciatica right leg pain gone now thank god now must rebuild leg body strength might 6month plus you should see dr before herination
Mine were related to nerve issues following an immune thing so gradually resolved of their own as the nerves recovered. Still pops up occasionally but now I tend to sleep sprawled rather than with one leg on the other.
