So over a year ago I got a knee injury.. original diagnosis bone bruise but latest mri showed small meniscus tear and consultant said lots of muscle wastage. So have joined the gym and got a personal trainer, he’s brilliant and really understanding of how things work with great balance of confidence boosting and encouragement. NHS physio has been rubbish! Finally feel like I’m getting things back on track, it really makes a difference to get out the house and do more 😎

Thats good news , I've been diagnosed with a similar thing get MRI result today hopefully. The sad thing about this is if we were investigated at an ealy stage correct treatment could be started earlier preventing long standing permanent trouble with the joint. Early treatment can often get good results within six months for minor tears. Hope you get full use back without any lasting damage. I continued to use my joint and it is still painful but not as bad as when it first happened nearly four months ago. Every best wish with the Physio
