Of course it can. The sweat drips onto the lens part of the eye or the eye lashes and spreads a thin film. You have to, either, wipe it away, or blink multiple times to make it go.

This is more complex than the question you are asking. Sweat from the skin into the eyes is not good. Sweat can carry bacteria which live on skin where they are good into the eyes where it is not good. Salts from sweat drying on the eyes is not good and could damage the lens. Some form of eye wash is helpful if you are older than a certain age.

Older than a certain age and you start to produce less eye lubricant. This can result in dry eye. Optician is the person you need to speak to.

Watching computer screen can cause eyes to lock in focus and reduce movement. Result hazy vision. Do not sit too long looking at screen find a way to look somewhere else every now and again.

You are reaching an age where reading glasses are becoming needed.

Check your head is not locked off the vertical. This will cause some of the eye muscles to become over contracted which in turn pulls the eyes out of focus.

All the above is for you to investigate. Most important you need to see an optician. They can check that everything is as should be.
