i am retired and although active a few years ago am learning to make plans according to my energy level. i am seventy five years old and relatively healthy except for p.v. so am more aware of my limitations and being a vegetarian for over 40 years has helped me remain very healthy for my age group. i rely on advice from other p.v ers. they have helped me make decisions regarding my treatments, keep up the good work. pvnow333
