Finally having my ovary removed 17 sep but having alot of pain past 2 days. Sharp shooting pain that comes and goes.

Good luck with your surgery. Are you taking painkillers.

I took ibuprofen three times a day as I couldn't swallow paracetamol. It takes the edge of the pain.

Glad you have a date for your op. Hope all goes well. Maybe you should have a check up with your Doctor, just to check things are as expected?

Good luck for your operation. See your GP as its quite a while before your op to be in pain.

Good luck with your op. I hope it will solve the problem. I took arnica tablets before surgery and I think it helped, I think I started about a week before and continued for Bout a week afterwards. I got over the op fairly well, although the morphine pump made me feel very sick when I left off it. I didn't really need it though. The pain wasn't too bad, much less than I expected. I hope yours goes similarly well
