Acid reflux has eased so that’s good think it was a mix of antibiotics and starting meds again
Still trying to get our new house sorted 😂 and have take everyone’s advice that there’s no rush but just not getting my rest
Working full time due to go back to the office 😬 worries about that and have a meeting this week x soo goddamtired x freezing feet and quite stiff x
What a whinge bucket I am this evening !!
Decided not gonna go to my friends party
As COVID seems to be ramping up here and I don’t relish the thought of being cooped up with a load of people with no masks 🤪
So will cross that bridge when I get there
My dog is very very poorly and we don’t think he has long left he’s in palliative care x his poor little tummy is massive and he gets stuck in the stairs so we just have to see how he goes
Apart from all that I’m trying tomstay
Positive. Taking the pain killers and hopefully will feel better soon
I hope you are all doing ok xx sorry for the long winded moaning post but sometimes you just have to let it all out
I’ve been hanging in and feeling awful but when I go on here and read I realise I’m not alone and it’s ok 😘 thanks all for being here xx

I am sorry your dog is very poorly . Many years ago when I had a house I had a stairlift put in specially for my elderly dog, when I moved to Bexhill I bought a bungalow. Has your dog got that stomach distortion , I had a boxer dog that got that in the 1980 s. Is he old .No wonder your feeling overwhelmed . I hope all’s well soon .
A stair lift is a wonderful idea ! I love that 😊 he has cancer sadly and it’s in lots of different places x. He is 13 x he’s happy enough and eats his dinner all up and enjoys going out although not far these days xx his tummy is swollen from that and the steroids xx thanks for your idea 😊
So sorry to hear about your dog - very sad and upsetting for you but of course, he's unaware, living in the moment and as long as he's pain-free and contented he's still living his "best life" isn't he? I'm sure that you'll know when the time comes and although it will be very hard, in time you'll be able to look back and remember all the good times. We've been through it with three gorgeous boxers (two far too early 😢) and the joy far outweighs the pain, although that's hard to see when you lose them. You've got so much going on - I take my hat off to you 👏💐
Oh Bless him , bless him bless him , I can feel myself loving him already and I’ve not even met him. Our dogs know how much we love them . I have two bouncy miniature poodles 🐩 🐩 keeps me busy xxx
I'm so sorry to hear of your troubles. They never come singly do they? I'm sure your poor little dog is still enjoying life knowing that he is very loved and loving you in return. The pain we feel when they leave us is the awful price of loving a pet with a shorter lifespan than ourselves
You are definately not alone. I'm doing really well at the moment and haven't been on the site very often lately. I will never forget the really bad times though and apreciate all I can do now even more. Some things we can't control, but they are still upsetting and have huge impact. I lost my beloved labrador quite suddenly, he was 14 though, and my lovely Mum, after a long time of infirmity, in consequetive months in 2017. That was very hard to bear, along with RA issues it was a real low point. As you say, hitting rock bottom can be a turning point, onwards and upwards. Do keep up your rest. Everything is so much worse if you are tired. Dust and clutter aren't the end of the world. Be kind to yourself, you are coping well and still working full time. So am I, something has to give, for me it's major housework, I do what's vital for hygiene and necessary so it's not chaos. I hope you feel better soon
