Is this a verruca?

Hello, is this a verruca on the sole of my foot towards my heal?

The white centre is very hard skin, it is not painful and I can walk ok.

I do a lot of walking and running.

It actually looks like a blister but up close it may look different. As always the best thing is to consult your GP.

Looks like a corn you need to stop walking on ya heels to or ya guna split ya skin .. Get some of them gel insoles and check your foot ware esp where that is to make sure this not something in shoe irritating your sole
