I feel like wearing a skirt or a kilt, at least then my right testicle will not ache.

Testicle hurts all day, doesn't hurt when laying down though.

I wake up in the morning with no pain, but as soon as I put on a pair of jeans or trousers the right testicle starts to hurt.

I experience similar pain, but only when I touch it or like when having sex.

Pain, but mostly when I touch it, like when I accidently rub it with my finger as I am pulling underwear or something like that. no pain when is compressed though.

I'm in my mid 40's mate, I've had this ache/pain for the past 12 years now. Urologist found some small varicocele's and cysts, they say they are too small to cause any discomfort, but what else can be causing this terrible ache and pain?

WOW, I have the same thing. Also in my forties! I guess those are the pains we have to live with at our age.

Is it your right testicle, do you get the pain go down your leg to your foot as well?

My left T. but no pain down my leg. You in the UK. Im in the US
